Your entire work environment, with applications and data, which are typically on your PC or server(s) can be placed safely in Digital Desktop. You're just working in the Microsoft Windows environment you are accustomed to.

The applications Digital Desktop offer are:

• Standard Microsoft Office 2007 with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook and possibly Access.
• Optional applications such as accounting-based Unit 4 Multivers example, Exact, etc. You have to draw your own package with modules of your choice.
• Standard 5 GB of data storage (expandable as desired)
• Support for almost all common printers (* if there is a standard Windows driver for 2008, and except for multifunction devices)
• Reading Adobe PDF documents, but also print them to PDF format.
• Personal Digital Desktop e-mail account (Exchange), with calendar, contacts, etc. based on Outlook.
• Optional e-mail addresses under your own domain name if desired.
• Synchronization of your e-mail, calendar and contacts with your PDA or Smartphone.
• Internet Explorer.
• Digital Desktop You do not need to leave safe Internet browsing.
