All Digital Desktop servers are in our datacenter. The data center offers the highest level of safety in terms of fire or burglary and is equipped with multiple emergency power to a 99.99% to guarantee continuity.

Verbinding

Digital Desktop is in a protected network from the Internet. Access is via a firewall. When you connect with Digital Desktop, first an SSL-based encrypted tunnel is established. Then there will be verification of username and password taken place. Optionial an extra verification using a hardware token. After that you work entirely in a terminal server environment. This means that there are no data or files back and forth going over the line, but only the keystrokes and mouse movements are gone and the screen display will return. All your files are safe on the data center.

Redundantie en Back-up

All equipment in the Digital Desktop datacenter is redundant. This means that even in the event of an entire server down, in minutes you can continue working without loss of data or information. All of our servers are protected by the daily backup. You will always have a backup of not more than 1 day.
